PROCESSING TIME

Due to the covid-19 processing time can be slightly longer than usual. However processing time can be between 1-7 working days.

SHIPPING TIME

 

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

·    (United Kingdom) 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS via UPS/Royal Mail

·    (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via UPS Mail

·    This time does not include the processing period

·    Please Expect delays during sales periods & holidays. 

REFUNDS

​ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL, BUNDLES, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, AND WIGS INCLUDED.

 

Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our products, refunds cannot be and will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

**Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance**

Exchanges are available for products of equal value and for exchanges of products of a lower value, customers will be offered a store credit.  Returns are only accepted in the original packaging. Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension/wig in place has been removed WILL BE REFUSED and no store credit will be issued.

Returns on unopened and unused products are accepted.

The customer is responsible for the handling and shipping costs for the return of the product. It is always advisable to utilize a TRACKED courier service when returning parcels as we DO NOT take any liability over lost or stolen parcels.

CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us here. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS Shipping

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding of the customs fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages and your order will not be replaced. 

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local post office or please request a reschedule for your delivery.
